Story LineEva and her Breton guide Tanguy Thomassin explore the vast oyster beds of Cancale, oyster capital of Brittany. Pummelled by one of the highest tides in Europe makes for fatter, sweeter, healthier oysters. And having once supplied King Louis XVI's oyster habit, Brittany still supplies half of France. Bretons also boast of plentiful sardines, kelp forests, spiny crabs and the rare cobalt blue lobster.
