Story LineStarting in the port city of Marseille Eva shares a spicy 'half and half' pizza with local chef and rising star Valentin Ruffali, before heading to La Ola to try a delicious blend of French and North African cuisine courtesy of chef Khouloude Ben Thayer. After enjoying the ancient and feted bouillabaisse fish broth, Eva heads out into the sun-kissed landscape to try the traditional summer vegetable dish of ratatouille and the sun-drenched salad nicoise on the Riviera at the famous Hotel du Cap.
